NDIS
The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) usually update their Price Guide on 1 July each year (and occasionally during other times the year).
The prices for all of Outreach Care NDIS services and supports are those listed in the current NDIS Price Guide, and the Assistive technology, Home Modifications and Consumables Code Guide. The current prices are effective from 1st Oct 2022.
We may charge for travel, cancellations, establishment fees and reports.

We will charge the current price for each support item. When the NDIS Price guide changes, we will tell you about the new prices.
Home care packages (Level 1-4) (Government Funded)
Outreach Care and our partners can provide a very competitive flat rate of 17 % so you will have substantially more funds for care services than you would with other providers.
Need a dedicated Care Manager and get the care services you want? We charge a low flat fee of 26% of your Home Care Package. We have no set up fee, no exit fee and no daily contribution fee and any hidden fees.
Outreach Care aims to provide premium service whilst keep the charge rate competitive because we have the passionate desire to make a difference in the lives of our most vulnerable citizens.

Terms and Conditions:
- No charge for care workers to travel to your home or preferred service location. However, mutually agreed cost may incur for distant locations.
- Outreach Care operates on a minimum 2 hour per shift structure.
- The above amounts are GST exclusive. GST is charged at the rate of 10% where applicable.
- Our standard hours are between 7am to 7pm, Mon to Fri.
- Service Alterations/Cancellations: Notification of cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the planned service time. Outreach Care reserves the right to charge all or part of a planned service fee if the service is cancelled with less than 24 hours notification.
- Income Tested Fee (ITF) is determined by Services Australia. The amount of the Home Care Package Subsidy may be reduced by the amount of Income Tested Fee and the consumer is obliged to pay the ITF if Services Australia determines that an ITF is payable.
- Where a client chooses a provider other than Outreach Care, no extra cost charged on top of the invoice from the alternate provider
- This schedule of fees is to be read in conjunction with your Home Care Agreement, budget and care plan.
